A daily planner is included for each day with an affirmation, along with space to write what you need to get done during the day, boundaries you are setting, and reflection of gratitude. The last page of each day is your "reflection." This is a space for you to take notes in whatever way feels comfortable to you (sentences, bullet points, etc).

Workbook Breakdown: 

This guide is broken into 21 days of reflection, mindset and application.

Each day there will be:

    • What are the people pleasing tendencies you demonstrate? How have they served you? How have they taken away your power?
  • Days 6-10: Empowering Mindset
    • Attending to when you are likely to people please. Spending time changing your limiting beliefs and internal voice
  • Days 11-21: Practice + Conditioning 
    • Put strategies into action to take back some power and start putting yourself first
  • Conclusion + Maintaining
    • Tips for maintaining the skills learned in this guide
