This Dream Journal and Sleep Tracker was created to log your nightly dreams and see how they are influenced by your daily life. A lot can be shown by the dreams we have at night and our quality and amount of sleep. Most dreams we forget as the day goes on. This allows you to look back and see if anxiety, etc impacts the types of dreams you are having.
