Core values are the guiding principles by which we make decisions and carry out our lives. They’re the beliefs that you hold that provide direction, define what’s important to you and shape your character.
Your core values are unique to you - there’s no right or wrong answer when it comes to defining and living by your values. That’s why it can be helpful to take some time to reflect on what’s most important to you.

Let’s talk about a few examples of core values. A core value of loyalty might mean that you are committed to those in your life, both family and friends. Honesty may mean that you always tell the truth and may never take shortcuts. Integrity could be a belief in always doing the right thing regardless of how difficult it may be.
It’s important to identify your own core values so that you can live in a way that aligns with them. Doing so will ensure that you stay true to yourself and make decisions that you feel good about.

It’s also important to remember that people have different beliefs and values, so it’s an ongoing process of adapting and respecting one another.
